Is the Starter plan really free forever?
Yes — no expiry. New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial so you can run Oris on real cases first. On day 15 you drop to Starter (1 patient, 3 sessions, 2 reasoned plans every 3 days) until you choose to upgrade. We never charge without your action.
What does the Pro plan include, and what are its limits?
Pro is $65/month ($54/month billed annually). Up to 8 active patients, 7 sessions each, 20 reasoned plans per month. Built for an independent practitioner with a steady caseload. Hit the cap — Clinic is unlimited.
What does the Clinic plan include?
Clinic is $89/month ($74/month billed annually). Unlimited patients, sessions and reasoned plans, plus per-clinic database isolation for multi-practitioner setups.
How does the 14-day free trial on paid plans work?
Paid plans include a 14-day trial. Full feature access from day one. At the end you choose to continue or stay on Starter. We never charge without your action.
Can I upgrade or change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade in one click from settings — your patients and session history carry over. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Data & Privacy

Is Oris GDPR compliant?
Yes. Oris is built with GDPR principles at the architecture level. Each clinic's data lives in isolated database tenants. Patient data is never used to train AI models. You can request full deletion at any time. Your clinic remains the data controller.
What happens to my data if I stop using Oris?
It comes with you. Export everything — patients, sessions, clinical notes — from your settings. If you close the account, patient data is deleted on request. We do not retain it.

The AI

What does Oris actually hand back?
For each assessment: a probability-ranked differential with reasoning, a red-flag screen tuned to this patient, the special tests to run, and a personalised plan with the specifics — sets, reps, progressions, manual therapy, dry-needling parameters (needle size, depth, point), electrotherapy (electrode placement), and the home exercise program. Scaled to your modalities and session length.
How is this different from generic AI like ChatGPT?
Generic AI gives the textbook view. Oris gives the bedside answer for this patient — with your equipment, your modalities, your session length. Reasoning is shown so you can challenge it. Outputs are structured the way a clinician acts on them.
How does Adaptive Plan Evolution work?
After each session you log what happened — what completed, what loaded, what flared, what improved. Oris rewrites the next plan from that: loading adjusts, exercises swap, contraindications hold or release. Session by session, through to discharge.
Does Oris replace my clinical judgement?
No. It's a clinical decision-support tool, not a medical device. Reasoning, red flags and plans are structured prompts to your judgement, not a substitute for it. Your assessment, your signature, your accountability.

Getting Started

Do I have to format my input a particular way?
No. Oris reads any clinical input — SOAP, shorthand, free-text, voice, pasted notes. Describe the patient the way you'd describe them to a colleague.
Will this work for cases I haven't treated before?
Yes. Describe the patient and Oris returns the reasoned differential, the red-flag screen for this patient, the special tests, and a personalised plan with the specifics. Reasoning is shown so you can validate every step.
